Rusty in a submarine!!

G’day pack, it’s Rusty here, your Chief Inspiration Dog, with tales from the road! On my way to visit my paw-souins in Sydney, I made a pit stop in Holbrook – and no, it’s not just another sleepy town. It’s home to a giant submarine! Yep, a REAL one.

Now, I’ve sniffed a lot of unusual things in my life – tennis balls, mystery puddles, and the occasional leftover sausage – but nothing prepared me for this shiny underwater beast. I circled it, sniffed it (from a safe distance, of course – no paws on periscopes!), and even tried to figure out how to climb aboard. Humans call it a “museum,” but I call it paw-some adventure central.

The best part? Imagining all the underwater zoomies I could do if I were a submarine dog. I’d be the fastest, furriest sub captain ever. And of course, every photo op demanded my signature “sit, stay, look majestic” pose – tails and ears at maximum alert.

Before I knew it, it was back to the car, paws tired but tail wagging, dreaming of Sydney cuddles and treats. If you’re ever cruising through Holbrook, make sure to stop by the submarine. It’s a dog-approved spectacle… though I still maintain, it could use a few more squeaky toys.

Stay adventurous,
Rusty
